Laytons have acted for the shareholders of Kimberly Access Limited, a company specialising in powered access equipment in the UK construction and industrial repair and maintenance market, in a sale to a management team led by Ray Ledger and the current managing director Peter Peikarus. The business is based in Stoke and has three other sites in the UK. The company operates a rental fleet of 1,100 machines. Barney Leaf of Laytons represented the three shareholders of Kimberly Access Limited in the sale which was funded by LDC and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
